1. Overview

T2 Labs Pte. Ltd. dba t2 (“t2,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides its website located at https://t2.world (the “Website”) and its blockchain-based publishing and social media platform (the Website and such platform, together with all related services, applications, features, tools, functionality and technology, collectively, the “Platform”) to you (“you” or “User"), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms”).

The Platform also provides users with access to Smart Contracts published by third parties such as Lens Protocol and Arweave. By connecting your Ethereum Virtual Machine (“EVM”) compatible Digital Asset wallet (“Wallet”) to the Platform or otherwise using or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy and all such additional terms, guidelines, and rules as set forth on the Platform are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and expressly agreed to and acknowledged by the User.

If you are creating a t2 account or using the Platform on behalf of an entity or other organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that entity or organization and representing to t2 that you have the authority to bind that entity or organization to these Terms (and, in which case, the terms “you” and “User” will refer to that entity or organization).

Any new features or tools which are added to Platform shall also be subject to the Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our Platfor. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. General Conditions

You may not use our Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). We reserve the right to refuse the services to anyone for any reason at any time. We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services or any features within the Platform to you or to users generally.

3. Services

The Platform allows you to create and interact with user-generated content including posts, reactions, comments and other content related actions.

We reserve the right - but are not obligated to - limit the provision of Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.

• Your wallet and its contents are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for securing the wallet that you use to interact with the Platform.
• You bear sole responsibility for evaluating the Platform and features before using them.

It is important to understand that neither we nor any affiliated entity has possession, custody or control over any items on your wallet and we do not have possession, custody, ability to delete or control over any items on any user’s wallet or interactions with blockchains.

You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of the private keys associated with the blockchain address used to interact with the Platform. Transactions on blockchain including transfer of data attached to it are permanent and cannot be undone.

The Platform allows you to upload text and pictures, sometimes through third-party providers including Lens Protocol and Arweave. The use and access of any third-party products or services, including through the Platform, is at your own risk.

4. Your Content

The Service may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, audio, or other materials (“Content”), including Content created with or submitted to the Service by you or through your account (“Your Content”). We take no responsibility for and we do not expressly or implicitly endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of Your Content.

By submitting Your Content to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights to Your Content contained within these Terms. Because you alone are responsible for Your Content, you may expose yourself to liability if you post or share Content without all necessary rights.
